When you use these features:

AI-generated content may not always be unique.

• account information: while your account remains active and for 7 days after deletion;
• uploaded files and source content: 7 days;
• generated quizzes and study history: until deleted by you or your account is deleted;

We may retain limited information for longer where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce agreements.

Backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they are securely overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete individual quizzes, uploaded materials or other content using the controls available in Quidger, where supported.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account; or
• Email: support@tubeonai.com.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise applicable personal information within 7 days, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent;
• request a portable copy of certain information;
